It helps users avoid common issues such as slippage, high gas fees, and the complexity of navigating multiple chains and bridges. Moonbagz! is ideal for those who want a diversified investment strategy or find it challenging to time market exits.

### **How It Works?**

1. **Invest in Indexes:** During the sale window, investors can purchase NFTs that correspond to one of eight different indexes. Each NFT represents a specific narrative or sector within the crypto market.
2. **Index Narratives:** The available indexes cover a range of themes:
   * **Artificial Intelligence (A.I.)**
   * **Bluechip Cryptocurrencies**
   * **Decentralized Finance (DeFi)**
   * **Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN)**
   * **GameFi (Gaming Finance)**
   * **Layer 1/Layer 2 (L1/L2) Networks**
   * **Meme Tokens**
   * **Real World Assets (RWA)**

### **Cost and Flexibility:**&#x20;

* Each NFT costs 50 USDC.&#x20;
* Investors can buy as many NFTs as they want across any of the indexes.

### **Post-Sale Process:**

* The team will select 8-12 tokens for each index.
* These tokens will form the respective narrative indexes.

### **Fees, Revenue Distribution, and Early Withdrawals**

* **No Upfront Fees:** We succeed together.
* **Revenue Distribution:** Investors receive 85% of the proceeds in USDC; the team retains 15%.
* **Early Withdrawals:** Available with a penalty:
  * 15% within six months
  * 10% within 12 months
  * No penalty after 12 months or when the team sells an asset
* **Process:** Withdrawals are in the form of the specific index's tokens and start after final selections in early September 2024. Withdrawals processed within 72 hours.
